- our website’s hosting fees and fees to renew of our domain names

- technical maintenance of our site in order to always offer the best service to NGOs and the possibility of offering new services to all those who can help them

- fees for participating in professional fairs linked to solidarity

- cost of printing documents for presentations to sponsors, posters, business cards and other communication media

- routing fees for our awareness newsletters

- minor miscellaneous costs (mail, internet, occasional trips, organisation of annual members meeting)
