The original concept behind PLANET’NGO is to help bring about improvement in the human condition and global and local environmental protection. To do this, PLANET’NGO undertakes to promote small NGOs which work to maintain the equilibrium within our planet.
PLANET’NGO is based on the following fundamental principles:
All persons who wish to get involved in activities designed to improve life on the planet should be able to find a mission which is suited to them anywhere in the world.
All NGOs, whatever their size, working for international solidarity or environmental protection should have access to the human, financial and material resources necessary for carrying out the development projects which they have undertaken.
PLANET’NGO is a tool designed to facilitate those who help or wish to help others. This tool is intended to promote ties, exchanges and synergies between actors who work for the benefit of solidarity and protection of the planet. One of its main aims is to give international visibility to small NGOs from around the world.
PLANET’NGO aims to bring individual and collective initiatives to people’s attention.
PLANET’NGO encourages businesses and companies to become associated with small NGOs in the spirit of cooperation and solidarity.
PLANET’NGO is an apolitical and non-denominational project.
PLANET’NGO is a non-profit association with no commercial aims.
